No, you are more than welcome to kontinue your daily routine and return to a klean home. If any security codes are needed to access the home please advise during booking. If you have any pets that needs to be put away please do so before the appointment or that would hinder the performance of the appointment.

NO! Kazual Kleaning Laundry Specialist will sort, wash, dry, and fold your laundry for you. If you have any special instructions for certain items please advise when placing your order.

Stain treatment is also available for those stubborn stains.

We are a fully bonded cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right. 

You kan leave your laundry in a secure location outside your home. (doorstep, porch, patio, car porch, reception desk)

If you have a laundry bag or a kitchen trash bag would be fine. You will then be provided a kustom Kazual Kleaning Laundry Bag that we would ask for you to put your items in from there on out. 

Your klothes are processed in a Covid friendly environment then washed ALONE, NEVER with other customers items.

We ask that you ensure all items have been removed from your pockets prior to pickup. In the event that we do find items, we will return them to you in a sealed bag within your laundry bag.

Payment plans are only available for contract (long-term) services. Contract services are discounted from the original service. Each time a cleaning is performed a new invoice will be sent for the discounted rate and needs to be paid before or upon services rendered. 

Before or after each service an invoice will be sent to you via email, the invoice needs to be paid before or upon services rendered. Any invoice not paid in 24 hours will occur a late fee. The late fee depend on the type of customer you are. If you have a contract the late fee is $5 a day and if you don't have any contract your late fee is $10 a day. After 30 days of late fees the invoice amount goes into collections. After 60 days the invoice will be processed for court proceedings.
